How do I purchase items that I saw on Instagram of Facebook?
We post several times to Facebook and Instagram daily and any item you might be interested in can be held or purchased through commenting or direct message via Instagram or Facebook. Once we have confirmed availability, we will send you a PayPal invoice via email for the total of your purchase and cost of shipping if applicable. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. If you would like to try something on before buying but don’t want it to sell before then, we can gladly place the item on a 24 hour hold at your request.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas at this time.
Do we sell designer/high-end?
We absolutely do! However, this is Corvallis, OR. We do require that items are authentic, and we must be able to guarantee authenticity of all items accepted. We cannot sell knockoffs of any kind.
How do I know I am buying an authentic item?
Authenticity of our merchandise is very important to us. We carefully examine every item that comes into our store and do in-depth research on brands and labels, to ensure we can guarantee the authenticity of the item. Research here is key and we are thorough in ours.’
How does your consignment process work?
Once you’ve gone through your closet at home and decided you could live without a few things, wash, fold and throw those items into a bag or box. Anytime we are open [Monday-Saturday 11-6 pm : Sunday 12-5 pm] you can bring us that bag (or bags…there is no limit to how many boxes or bags you bring). We go through your items and select what we think reflects: 1. The trends we are selling; 2. The season we are in (i.e. no down-filled jackets in July); and 3. The quality our customers expect in condition and brand. We do not have an over-abundance of space and therefore do curate our merchandise greatly. If there are items in your bag or box that we do not think we can sell currently, we will happily donate those items to one of two fabulous local charities. If you do not wish to donate items that we are not going to sell, we can promptly return them to you. For a more details, see our consign page.
Is there a maximum or minimum amount of items I can consign?
We do not limit the amount of items in one drop-off but do ask that all items be laundered.
How do consignment payouts work?
When one of your items sells, you receive 40% of that selling price which goes directly into your account. You may call or stop in anytime to check how much credit you have on your account and at your request, we can write you a check for any balance over $20.00, or give you a balance under that amount in cash.
How are items priced?
We base the selling price of our items on a number of factors in order to get the best prices for our consignors while remaining competitive within the resale market. We consider the original retail price of the item, popularity of the brand, condition, age and other aspects based on detailed examination of each piece. If we’ve never heard of a brand or seen a certain style, we are quick to research in order to reach the fairest and most reasonable price.
Can I make a return or exchange?
All sales are final; returns and exchanges are not accepted. Due to the unique consignment process, once an item sells, the money is moved into the consignor account and is difficult to reverse.
Do you accept checks toward purchases?
We do not accept checks. We do, however, accept all credit cards, Apple Pay and cash.
Do you take jewelry, other accessories and shoes?
We do indeed. Our jewelry selection is very finely curated and must meet a certain quality and/or aesthetic standard. Purses are one of our favorites and we love selling designer purses (high-end bags are among our top selling items traditionally) and other purses by season and style. Shoes brands we love are : Jeffrey Campbell, Dansko, Anthropologie, Eileen Fisher, Frye, Sorel, Nike and more.
